♥ HOW TO MAKE THE PHOTOS ON MY DASHBOARD LARGER?

Go to your dashboard and at the upper right corner, you could see an icon for Preferences (which is on the right corner of the page near message icon), click on Preferences, then scroll down and you could see Dashboard, and there you will see 5 check boxes. Click “show full size photos” and then save your preferences. Voila! ♥

♥ HOW DO I CHANGE MY PORTRAIT PHOTO?

You can change your portrait photo with your blog under its settings page or go to - http://www.tumblr.com/blog/“YOUR URL NAME”/settings. From your Dashboard’s top navigation bar, if you have primary and secondary blogs, select the blog where you want the portrait photo changed. Then, click its Settings on the right side of the screen then there you go. Square images that are 128 x 128 pixels or larger work best.

♥ HOW TO BE ACTIVE ON TUMBLR EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT ONLINE OR YOU’RE ON VACATION?

The most effective way to be active even if you’re busy on school, work or on vacation is to QUEUE your posts. Whenever you have an ample time, reblog and reblog or post and post but don’t publish all, select queue on the dropdown menu - 10 posts a day is enough. Make sure you’ll queue up to 302 (that’s the queue posts maximum I’ve ever encountered). If you’re lazy to reblog and click queue, install the Xkit unfollower tracker. Info here - Updated Unfollower Tracker. The script comes with One-Click Queue, Draft, Reblog buttons.

Q: !  I actually clicked “publish on…” and I added the dates. I made one post publish today at 1 pm (it’s 6 pm now) but it didn’t published it. Do you know how to help me?  c/o Myriadsoffashion

A:  What I do every time is, I just click the queue but there are some instances when I click on publish on and not changing the publish time which is usually ‘next tuesday, 10am’. I tried doing what you did but it hasn’t appeared like what’s expected. If you leave for a vacation and know that you’ll not be online for many days, it’s advisable to queue posts up to 302 (that’s the limit, I think so) then change your queue settings and edit the number of queued posts you want and the time interval. I’ve read that 12pm to 9pm is the best time but it depends on your followers’ timezone. Maybe, change the time interval once a week to find which is the best time to post.

——I hope this info can help you. <3
